Frank spent decades in Ontario courts before turning his attention full-time to investigative work and process serving. That perspective shapes every file we handle: before an affidavit of service is signed, it has already been read by someone who has watched judges pick them apart.

Wayne Gendel

Wayne is a Barrie-based paralegal and process server with a long track record in Ontario litigation and regulatory matters. He runs the north end of our operation out of Barrie and covers the surrounding municipalities.
His background as a paralegal means he understands why service matters for the matter — not just the mechanics of getting the documents into someone's hand. That shows up in his affidavits, which read like documents written by someone who has used affidavits before.
